DENR CNC Requirements
The DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) issues a CNC (Certificate of Non-Coverage) permit. This document certifies that a project or activity does not have a significant environmental impact and is exempt from undergoing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). It's essential for certain businesses and projects to ensure they comply with environmental regulations.
