BARANGAY/MUNICIPAL/LGU REQUIREMENTS

1) Secure a location that is not within a 1km radius from any other fuel retail outlet.
2) Register with either DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) for Sole Proprietorship or SEC (Security Exchange Commission) for a Corporation.
3) Obtain a Barangay Resolution permitting the construction of a TSRO unit, along with a Barangay Permit.
4) Apply for a BUILDING PERMIT.
5) Apply for a SANITARY PERMIT.
6) Apply for a FIRE AND SAFETY PERMIT.
7) Obtain a DENR (CNC) (Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Compliance Certificate).
8) Secure a BUSINESS PERMIT.
9) Acquire a MAYOR'S PERMIT.
10) Obtain a BIR PERMIT (Bureau of Internal Revenue).
11) Apply for a DOE (COC) (Department of Energy - Certificate of Compliance) after the installation of the machine.
