PortaFuel specializes in providing fuel dispensers, along with delivery and maintenance services for these machines. However, we do not supply the fuel itself. We recommend our customers source their fuel locally to find the most cost-effective options. This approach allows customers to identify nearby gas stations that can offer them the best prices for fuel.

No, there's no franchise fee with PortaFuel. We only sell fuel dispensers and provide service for these machines. This is great for you because it means you're free to choose where you get your fuel from, without any extra fees or rules from us. You can pick the fuel supplier that works best for your needs.

At PortaFuel, our product range includes two primary categories of fuel dispensers. First, we have the Standalone Fuel Dispensers, designed for permanent installation and requiring an Underground Storage Tank (UGT). Secondly, our Portable Fuel Dispensers are tailored for mobility and convenience, featuring a built-in storage tank, thus eliminating the need for a separate UGT.

Standalone fuel dispensers are designed to be directly connected to an Underground Storage Tank (UGT). They are ideally suited for larger gas stations, with their capacities often exceeding 10,000 liters. These dispensers offer a robust and efficient solution for handling high-volume fueling needs.

Choosing the right fuel dispenser depends on your specific requirements. If you're planning to establish a large gas station, standalone fuel dispensers are ideal as they need to be connected to an Underground Storage Tank (UGT). However, if you're a first-time operator or have limited space, portable fuel dispensers are a more accessible option. They require lower initial investment and eliminate the need for installing a UGT, making them a convenient choice for smaller or start-up operations.

Portable fuel dispensers are versatile, compact units designed for mobile fuel distribution in diverse settings, such as remote areas, events, or emergency situations. They eliminate the need for digging an underground tank, making them highly practical and accessible. Additionally, these dispensers are an economical option due to their lower capital requirements, offering a convenient solution for various fueling needs without the extensive setup of traditional dispensers.

Portable fuel dispensers are like small, mobile gas stations. They have a pump and a system to measure the fuel, just like regular stations. What's unique is they have their own fuel tank at the back, which can hold between 1,000 and 6,000 liters. This setup lets you easily use them in different places to fill up vehicles or containers with fuel.

Our portable fuel dispensers can accommodate a variety of fuels, including gasoline, diesel, and more, making them versatile for different vehicle and equipment needs.

When you buy a portable fuel dispenser from PortaFuel, you get a lot more than just the dispenser:

  • Fuel Dispenser Unit
  • Free Delivery Nationwide

Yes, PortaFuel provides nationwide delivery services at no additional cost to our customers.

For the delivery of our products, PortaFuel utilizes an open-type Elf truck, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.

The responsibility for unloading the machines from the truck rests with the customer. We strongly recommend having a forklift or boom truck available at the drop-off location for this purpose. In the absence of such equipment, manual unloading by multiple individuals is possible, though it carries a risk of injury or damage.

Here's the procedure for acquiring a portable fuel dispenser from PortaFuel Machine and Parts Trading Inc.:

  2. Quotation and Draft Contract Request: Request a comprehensive quotation and a draft contract from us. We'll promptly deliver these documents to you via email or through your Facebook Messenger profile.

  3. Contract Review and Signing: Carefully review the contract, which includes crucial information like payment terms, delivery schedule, technician commission, and service warranty. Once reviewed, sign the contract to proceed.

  4. Payment Options: You can choose to pay online through our company's bank account, or if you prefer, visit our main office in Parañaque for in-person payment.

  5. Order Processing and Delivery: For pre-orders, after the downpayment is settled, we will begin the procurement process from our supplier, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 30-60 days. For items that are readily available, we'll proceed with delivery immediately after payment confirmation.

Upon delivery of your portable fuel dispenser to your location, our service includes the commissioning, installation, and demo of the machine by a qualified technician. This service is part of the purchase price, so there are no additional charges for the technician's work. However, you will be responsible for covering the technician's travel expenses. This comprehensive approach ensures your dispenser is set up correctly and you are fully informed on how to operate it effectively.
