Civil Works Requirements
For setting up a TSRO (Temporary Structured Retail Outlet), commonly known as a micro gas station, the civil work requirements involve constructing a safe and compliant facility. This includes proper installation of fuel tanks and dispensers, ensuring safe electrical connections, and providing adequate ventilation.
CIVIL WORKS REQUIREMENTS:
1) Ensure a minimum lot area of 20 square meters for the building.
2) Select a location without an existing gasoline station within a 1-kilometer radius.
3) Maintain a 6-meter distance from neighboring residences on the left, right, and back.
4) Keep a 6-meter distance from the building to the road.
5) Ensure a 1-meter gap between the machine and the walls on the front, back, right, and left.
6) Protect the TSRO with a concrete firewall.
7) Maintain a roof height of at least 1.5 meters from the top of the tank cover or ventilation pipe.
8) During tank supply operations, maintain a one-meter working distance from the Tank Truck to firewalls.
9) Ensure the building site is properly cemented, with concrete floors at least 10cm thick.
10) Mount TSRO machines on concrete and provide protection against collision damage.
